Non-chlorinated Machine Dishwash

For high or low temperature dish machines, add .25 ounces per gallon of water. If water hardness is above 12 grains, add an additional .25 ounces per gallon of water. Maintain wash water alkalinity at 100-200ppm depending on soil conditions. Clean machine daily for best results.
